Mary W. Kaplan graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in History from Ohio State University. Mary obtained a Doctor of Law degree from Emory University.
Mary previously practiced law at estate planning law firms in Atlanta and was a financial planner for Wachovia Wealth Management, where she advised high net-worth clients using cutting edge estate tax, income tax and charitable planning strategies. Mary obtained her CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation in 2003.
Jennifer A. Kramer, J.D., LL.M.
Jennifer A. Kramer graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University. Jennifer received a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Florida. She also obtained an LL.M., or Master of Law, degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science in London, England, with a merit distinction in International Tax Law.
Jennifer previously practiced law at a law firm in Atlanta practicing in the area of product liability litigation. She also advised both U.S. and foreign clients regarding the minimization of tax effects on cross-border transactions while working as a Senior Associate for Arthur Andersen LLP
Jennifer is admitted to practice law in Georgia and Florida.
